Berkshire Mock Trial Competition relies entirely on donations for generous sponsors for which we are hugely grateful. Our sponsors include:

Former High Sheriffs of the Royal County of Berkshire

We are hugely grateful for the continuing support of many former High Sheriffs who provide the backbone of our funding each year. Their support, along with that of our Patron the Current High Sheriff, enables the competition to take place. As well as providing funding, many attend the heats and Regional Final to cheer on the teams and support each and every student taking part.

Christopher Wren Lodge is sponsoring the Mock Trial Competition for three years from 2020. This generous gift enables us to encourage as many teams as possible from across the county to enter with the security of knowing we are able to fund four full heats. We are hugely grateful for their donation which we will also be using to help offset the cost of entry for schools and encourage students from a diverse range of backgrounds to take part.

The Lodge is one of the 99 Craft Lodges in the Masonic Province of Berkshire who meet at the Masonic Centre, Windsor.

Eve North MBE JP

Mrs North is a retired magistrate who founded the Mock Trial Competition here in Berkshire. Her generous donation funds travel costs for teams travelling to the National Final, which has been held in Nottingham, Birmingham and London in recent years. This support makes an enormous difference to the schools who are working with a very limited budget.
